Surrealist painter whose heart pumps the blood of Berlin laced, polish born -heart beats. Through travels, photography, and macro/micro cosmical explorations, she applies her gift of supranatural visions – a cocktail of fairytail, colour synesthesia, blended with the fruits and remnants of a turbulant, painful life path.
Gracefully walking along the subtle line twixt 'objective reality’ and imaginary; her works coax and cajole, with an intended end effect of playful engagement.
A lifelong contemplation of the nature and its wonders has propelled her around the world -over 70 countries- into numerous introspective experiences, and ritual and ceremony. Meditation, hypnosis, trance dance, lucid dreaming, and shamanism -are but a few of the manifestations of her life path.
Marzena attempts to encourage the viewer to consciously distance themselves from the limits of the lenses we wear to process the everyday „rational“. „Reality“ when mindfully observed with an open and playful nature; has the potential to be the most surreal masterpiece one can experience.
Marzena´s journey has been sparked by hypnosis sessions in 2017.
